IMMO Pays Tribute to Prof. Dr. Abdullah Omar Naseef (1939–2025)

The International Muslim Minorities Organization (IMMO) deeply mourns the passing of Prof. Dr. Abdullah Omar Naseef an exceptional scholar, visionary leader, and one of the most influential voices in the contemporary Muslim world.

A former Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Shoura Council, and President of King Abdul-Aziz University, Dr. Naseef dedicated his life to advancing education, global dialogue, and unity among Muslims. His leadership, wisdom, and humility earned him international respect and numerous honors, including the King Faisal Prize for Service to Islam and the King Abdul-Aziz Medal of the First Class.

Dr. Naseef was also a staunch advocate for Muslim minorities, tirelessly calling for justice, dignity, and coexistence. His legacy continues to inspire IMMO’s mission of empowering marginalized Muslim communities across the globe. May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus.
