A high-level delegation from the International Muslim Minorities Organization (IMMO), led by Founder and Chief Coordinator Mr. Muhammad Quthb Babu, met with Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail Elamin, former Foreign Minister of Sudan and distinguished scholar, in Doha, Qatar, on 30 September 2025.
The meeting was joined by IMMO Co-Founders Dr.Muhammad Jasim Al Maslamani, Dr. Arif, and Mr. Babkar Osman, a leading Arab journalist. The delegation presented IMMO’s vision, mission, and global objectives, highlighting its growing role as a platform for the empowerment and representation of Muslim minorities worldwide.
Dr. Elamin—currently Professor of Islam and Global Affairs at Hamad Bin Khalifa University—shared his valuable insights and expressed strong appreciation for IMMO’s initiative. Recognized for his remarkable contributions as Sudan’s Foreign Minister, Ambassador to the United Nations and Switzerland, and Special Envoy of the Arab League, Dr. Elamin commended IMMO’s focus on unity, inclusion, and dialogue.
He assured his full support and guidance to strengthen IMMO’s outreach to OIC member countries and to help enhance its diplomatic and academic partnerships. IMMO looks forward to continued collaboration with Dr. Elamin, drawing upon his exceptional experience in diplomacy, academia, and interfaith engagement to further its mission of empowering Muslim minorities and fostering global solidari
