IMMO Welcomes Dr. Sabrina Lei: Building Bridges with Europe’s Muslim Minorities

The International Muslim Minorities Organization (IMMO) is proud to announce its collaboration with Dr. Sabrina Lei, a renowned Italian writer, researcher, translator, and leading Muslim intellectual in Europe.

During her recent visit to Qatar, Dr. Lei met IMMO Founder and Chief Coordinator Mr. Muhammad Quthb Babu, where they discussed strengthening IMMO’s engagement with Muslim minority communities across Europe.

A convert to Islam and PhD holder in Ancient Greek Philosophy, Dr. Lei is the Director of the Tawasul International Center for Publishing, Research and Dialogue in Rome. She has authored and translated over 75 major Islamic works into Italian, including Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and Muhammad Iqbal’s Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam. Winner of the 2022 Doha International Interfaith Award, Dr. Lei’s scholarship bridges understanding between Islam and the West and challenges Islamophobia. Her partnership with IMMO marks a new step in promoting dialogue, dignity, and empowerment for Muslim minorities across Europe.
