Rooted in the values of justice, dignity, inclusivity, and peaceful collaboration, this code ensures that every action taken under IMMO’s name reflects integrity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to empowering Muslim minorities worldwide.

  • Uphold and actively support IMMO’s vision of empowering Muslim minorities globally through advocacy, cooperation, and peaceful engagement.
  • Promote IMMO’s values of justice, dignity, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Integrity & Honesty

  • Act with honesty, transparency, and fairness in all interactions.
  • Avoid misrepresentation of facts, intentions, or IMMO’s position.

Respect for Diversity

  • Respect differences in ethnicity, school of thought, gender, nationality, and culture within the global Muslim minority community.
  • Refrain from divisive rhetoric, sectarianism, or discriminatory behavior.

Peaceful Engagement

  • Promote non-violence, constructive dialogue, and peaceful resolution of conflicts.
  • Refrain from engaging in hate speech, incitement, or political partisanship in the name of IMMO.

Accountability & Transparency

  • Be accountable for actions and decisions taken as a member or representative of IMMO.
  • Use IMMO resources ethically and report conflicts of interest.

Confidentiality

  • Respect sensitive information shared within IMMO networks, especially involving vulnerable communities or advocacy efforts.
  • Do not misuse internal documents or communication for personal gain or external agendas.

Collaboration & Mutual Support

  • Cooperate with fellow members, organizations, and partners in a spirit of solidarity and service.
  • Support joint initiatives and avoid actions that harm IMMO’s unity or reputation.

Non-Exploitation

  • Never use IMMO’s platform for personal, political, or financial exploitation.
  • Organizations must not use their affiliation with IMMO to solicit funds or influence without proper authorization.

Legal & Ethical Conduct

  • Abide by local laws and international human rights standards.
  • Report misconduct or unethical behavior through designated IMMO mechanisms.
