Founder & Visionary of IMMO
Muhammed Quthb Babu is an accomplished Indian professional with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, notably in Petroleum Data Management at Qatar Petroleum. Trained by global institutions like Texas A&M – Qatar, Schlumberger, and Halliburton, he combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to community service.
A dynamic leader in the Indian community in Qatar, Mr. Babu played a key role in supporting Qatar’s FIFA World Cup 2022 efforts and chaired FCC Qatar for four years. His work in public relations, media, and humanitarian initiatives has earned recognition, including the prestigious WHO Award in 2003.
As the visionary behind IMMO, Mr. Babu played a crucial role in its formation—transforming an idea into a global initiative to advocate for Muslim minority communities. As IMMO’s founding force, he continues to shape its mission, strategy, and future direction. His leadership and long-term vision remain central to IMMO’s growth as a unifying platform for global Muslim minorities.
Dr. Abdullah Bawa

Dr. Abdullah Bawa is a senior geoscientist, researcher, activist, and community leader based in Japan. A visionary, strategist, and humanitarian, he brings academic depth and a global perspective to IMMO. With extensive international experience and a strong commitment to social justice, Dr. Bawa has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s vision and strategic direction. His leadership bridges scientific inquiry with advocacy, reinforcing IMMO’s mission to empower Muslim minorities worldwide through knowledge, action, and global engagement.
Mr.Najah Mohamed
Co-Founder
Political Scientist | Community Leader | Social Justice Advocate
Najah Mohamed is a political scientist and community leader with nearly three decades of experience in leadership, activism, and policy advocacy. He holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science and an MA in Islamic Studies from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
As the Founder President of the Sri Lanka Islamic Forum UK and Founder Leader of the Social Justice Party, Najah has consistently championed the rights of minorities and worked to promote justice, equity, and inclusive development in both local and international arenas.
From his early days as a student leader to his ongoing roles in political and civil society organizations, Najah has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the empowerment of marginalized communities. His work spans multiple countries and cultures, reflecting a deep understanding of global Muslim minority issues. With his rich international experience and grassroots engagement, Najah brings critical insight and leadership to IMMO, helping shape its strategic direction and global outreach.
