What is IMMO?

IMMO (International Muslim Minority Organization) is a global, independent platform that unites Muslim minority communities and allies to address shared challenges, advocate for rights, and build long-term strategies for inclusion, dignity, and empowerment. Through education, policy, collaboration, and leadership, IMMO seeks to be a trusted voice and strategic force for Muslim minorities worldwide.

Muslim minority communities often face unique challenges—ranging from political marginalization to Islamophobia, social exclusion, and economic disparities. IMMO was established to provide a unified platform that can address these issues with a global perspective, while supporting local solutions. The organization is built on the principles of justice, inclusion, civic engagement, and human rights.

IMMO operates across five strategic domains:

  • World Muslim Minority Summit: A global platform for dialogue, collaboration, and annual declarations.

  • Awards & Recognitions: Celebrates leadership, service, and innovation among Muslim minorities.
  • Scholarships for Future Leaders: Supports youth through education, mentorship, and leadership programs.

Membership is open to:

  1. Individuals (scholars, activists, students, professionals)
  2. Organizations (NGOs, academic institutions, advocacy groups)
  3. Regional and local community representatives
